Aldo Zilli is a famous celebrity chef who has created his own range of premium organic baby food. There is all different stages available that is tailored to be just right for your growing baby. I loved the tagline that features on each packet “Good enough for mamma and papa to eat!”
All Baby Zilli products are free from added sugar and salt, they have no GM, no artificial additives, no preservatives, no E numbers and no bulking agents.

The Baby Zilli products we tried out were…

Stage one

These are a smooth puree, ideal for the first tastes your baby will experience. They are not too strong in flavour but not bland either, they give baby a gentle taste. Being 16 months old I use these as a great snack on the go or even as part of a meal, usually between mains and afters when he wants more!! My son Mark absoultey loves Aldo’s Fruity Punch! This has the following Ingredients:
Pears* (33%), Apples* (33%), Bananas* (33%) All ingredients are certified organic.

Mark also tried the Veggie Blend which has the following ingredients:
Sweet Potato* (27%),
Butternut Squash* (27%), Broccoli* (23%), Water.

Here is my 8 year old son feeding Mark his dinner :o)

Stage two

These are suitable for babies 6 months plus. They have a few more exciting flavours for your growing baby who if like Marky, loves to experience and try out new flavours and textures. They have no lumps in, just a gentle texture so your baby doesn’t choke. Mark tried out Zilli Fishy Dishy with Salmon, potato and peas. This has the following ingredients:
Milk* (42%), Butternut Squash* (24%), Potato* (14%), Salmon* (10%),
Peas* (7%), Cheese* (3%).

Mark liked these alot and I found them great for feeding him when out and about as you don’t need a bowl, you can simply squeeze them straight onto a spoon, or as I do, give them to him to suck out of the pouch. (obviously with constant parental supervision)

Stage 3

These are suitable for 9 months plus.
These are lumpy foods that your nearly toddler will love to explore. Mark’s favourite was the Cock-a-Leekie, it has the following ingredients:
Chicken Breast* (20%), Water, Green Lentils* (12%), Leeks* (10%), Carrots* (10%), Sweet Potato* (10%), Red Pepper
This was great texture, it stayed well on Marks spoon as he learns to feed himself. The lumps were not too big and needed no chopping up by me, which is always a bonus. I give all Marks food a try as I have a theory that I can’t expect him to eat it if I havent tasted it first to see how it tastes. Surely if its good enough to give to my precious baby then its good enough for me.

Baby Cereal

Mark loved these and happily ate them as a dessert aswell as for breakfast! Its agreat way to get some goodness into your child first thing in the morning when they might not be feeling the love of breakfast. They are a great alternative to the repetitive cereal we tend to give him.

Toddler Juice.
Baby Zilli have a fantastic range of new toddler organic juice cartons. They come in 4 flavours. There is 250ml of juice inside that is 50% juice and 50% water. They come complete with an extendable straw which is really handy for when we are out and about and Mark gets thirsty. The juice itself is really tasty. Its a gentle blend of juice that isn’t too strong for little ones. I found it really refreshing when I tried it out. Mark loves them too as you can see!

Mark is 16 months and absolutely adores all the Baby Zilli products. I love the way the packaging is so clear and gives you the simple list of ingredients at a glance. They are top quality products that gives you the reassurance that what your baby is eating has been specially created from a top chef who knows exactly what tastes good. You can buy Baby Zilli with complete confidence that they are eating good wholesome nutritious food.

I look forward to seeing what other flavours they bring out!

You can find Baby Zilli in leading supermarkets, such as Tescos, Waitrose, online at Ocado and even in Prezzo restaurants!
