We have been part of the fabulous Chad Valley Play Panel for a few months now, and I didn’t think it would be possible to fall in love even more with the brand. After all, it is a brand I grew up with, but I didn’t realise just how extensive their range is, there really is something for every children’s age and interest.
This delivery included a Chad Valley ‘Babies to Love’ interactive doll and potty set, which has been an absolute hit with my preschooler.
It comes in a box with everything you need, so no additional spend is needed. There is a potty, doll, clothes, nappies, bottle, cup and toy. The doll is not a full size baby, but a smaller size of 30cms, but it’s a really great size for being able to carry it around. The doll has legs, arms and head that can be moved. The whole doll is plastic, no soft parts, but that’s great for us as we prefer these to soft bodied dolls. It also means that she is a real drinking, wetting doll too! You feed her water via her bottle or cup, and she wees it out, lovely huh? Kids just adore these things!
The potty comes with batteries included, and when the doll sits on the potty it makes some awesome sound effects, including a flushing noise and baby noise too, and while it happens the super cute rabbit on the front lights up. This doll has an RRP of £17.99, which is amazing considering other branded dolls who do not have accessories included. This would definitely make my top recommendation for the best value doll set to buy, it’s an utter bargain for the quality of all the items included.
We also received a fantastic value Chad Valley ‘I want to be’ Dressing up set.
The dressing up set includes 5 different role play outfits, which means plenty to share with siblings or friends on play dates. This is a great set to have at playschools too. There is a police man, nurse and fireman.
The RRP is just £16.99 for the whole set, so a total bargain for three outfits and accessories. Think of all those dressing up days that you no longer have to buy a new outfit for, these are so adaptable.
Finally, we got the cutest Indoor Toddler Trampoline.
The toddler trampoline is a great introduction into the world of bouncing! It is low enough to the floor that little ones won’t be scared, it has padded sides and a sturdy feel to the whole thing once assembled.
It has a handle that is great height for years 1+, and it’s padded too in case you have an accident prone little one. The funky design is awesome and really appeals to little ones, and the safety aspect is amazing for us adults, it has no springs but a special strap system for the main bounce.
Your child can play at ease that springs will ever cause an injury because there really is none. It is available in pink and also a primary colours including blue, yellow and red option too. RRP is £24.99 and is suitable for age 1+.
And some might even think it makes a comfy place to lie…
