Now I have had the baby, my wardrobe needs overhauling. I haven’t had many clothes that fit me, and I have been reluctant to buy anything that will only be used for a few months. I haven’t even had a coat that zips up for a good few months, and have been living in layering cardigans and jumpers to keep warm. But now I am minus bump, I can finally indulge in some warm togs, and there is a big long list of clothes I want and need, including new boots, Winter Coats, warm trousers and even a few new jumpers too.
It is currently -5 here in the Cotswolds today, so I fancy a coat something with fur which will give me that Eskimo feel, like this
Teamed with some black long boots like these from Next I love long boots, as they not only keep your legs warm, but they also keep your legs dry in the wet weather…and being as we do have a lot of wet days in the UK.
and a pair of warm gloves and hat, this could be the perfect winter out for me. I like knitted hats which give a splash of colour. My main clothes are always black, so accessories have to be bright to spruce up an outfit. They are also a cheap way to change to an outfit quickly, you can pick up some bargain accessories including bags, scarfs, belts, necklaces and more from shops such as Primark for £1 each. Personally this is a perfect option as I hate spending a lot of money on such things that normally get stolen by my 8 year old daughter for her dressing up box!
So what occasion is this outfit for? Well I have school runs to do, and some last minute Christmas shopping so I want something stylish, warm and pratical. I think black leggings or even a pair of jeggings would go well and be comfortable completing my perfect winter outfit.
