We are massive Fairy lovers here at Blog by Baby, with 4 children in the house we often turn to fairy power to help us with some of the tricky tasks in life. From taking the teeth away and replacing it with a coin, this is a useful distraction for the sometimes daunting task of losing teeth. Right up to making wishes, taking away bad dreams, writing Birthday lists…the use for Fairy Door’s are limitless and we reviewed The Irish Fairy Door Company and also wrote about becoming Fairy Talers too!
But today I have something fun to share, that is completely not going to cost you a penny. Fairy Accessories for you Fairy Door.
Now we have two Fairy Doors, one outside in our Fairy Garden and one inside too. For the outside we often pick flowers to leave for our Fairy, and upon our travels we have picked up little bits and bobs to add to the fun our Fairy can have, but we also made a pond out of a plant pot, clever hey?
But for inside the scope is even better, and The Irish Fairy Door Co have some great DIY guides to help you make some great accessories, including these super cute DIY Magical Hedges
Of course we had to give them go, and I think they came out really well! It’s an easy craft that children can easily do.
