I am sure it is no surprise to you that I haven’t had as much sleep as I would like lately, after all I have a 5 month old baby girl. But now she is sleeping through the night I cannot even blame her for those big black circles around my eyes.
Silentnight recently asked me to fill out a survey about how I sleep, they asked me a range of questions and at the end they sent me a present to help me sleep according to the results of my answers.
I was expecting a pillow in all honesty, which would of been lovely, I sleep in a funny position and with a history of neck problems I will sleep in weird positions, anything to get comfortable.
So when this turned up…I squealed…
Cashmere Socks from The White Company!
I don’t mind admitting I usually buy my socks from Primark. But these are in a completely different league. They are so soft, so so so soft. Think of the fluffiest cloud you have ever seen in the sky, imagine how it would feel if you could touch it, and you are half way to knowing how soft they are.
I didn’t waste much time in trying my socks out, after a nice hot bath I slipped my feet in to the super soft socks, they felt even better on my feet. Slippng into bed they kept my feet cosy and warm. I got to sleep quicker than normal, we live in the countryside so heat is something we lack, even in the summer the evenings get chilly! I really do think being a bit warmer in bed is the key to better sleep. These socks are dreamy, I love them more than any other sock I have ever slipped my feet into. They are favourite new bed companion.
