The box we had sent to us was the Arckit Go Plus 175+ pieces.
Opening it up, you can see instantly why it has an age of 12+ on it! There is loads of pieces.
The instructions were on one large sheet, and were maybe not as clear as we have been used to for other construction kits, but this kinda made it feel like we were building it more for us, rather than just following instructions.
It started to take shape following the instructions…
and the end result!
The end result is pretty spectacular, Jordan has never built anything like this before. Once it is complete you can decorate it with the different coloured pre adhesive sheets that come included. This includes Bricks, solar panels, tiles, grass and timber. So your house can be made completely unique to you. Jordan loved that the sheets were sticky, but it did take a little while to get the shape right as they are not pre-cut for the pieces.
The model is sturdy once complete, it was a fun model for my 14 year old to build and it helped to stretch his minds to new possibilities from the standard construction bricks he uses. There is loads of scope to build something different, and even add to the set with some of the additional extras you can buy, including from a 3d print component store!
