Thunderbirds are back with a bang, with both old timers (cough, that’s me) and newbies (my 5 and 12 year olds) will love watching the new series. So what’s new about it? Well everything really, but the one thing that does remain the same is the humour and heroes. The new DVD is due out 22nd June 2015, it features 13 full episodes and I can honestly say they are action packed.
My 12 year old son is a massive Thunderbirds fan, he even has all the toys from the 70’s and 80’s, he has seen the old episodes as well as the newer films. He has watched all the series on the DVD and he was really impressed with it, he is hooked once again!

‘The new Thunderbirds DVD is great, it is full of action and the rescue missions are epic. I was happy to see the same vehicles and characters are in the series as I really like them. My favourite episode was when they are in space and Tthunderbird 3 is being chased by a ‘Nuke’, they save the village from meltdown and save the day as always! I would like to see more rescues in future episodes, maybe a collapsing bridge or something would be great. I think it would appeal to all ages as long as you like action. I give it a massive ‘LIKE’.’
