A few weeks ago I trundled off to Panasonic HQ. Not my usual day, which normally consists of looking after four children and many school runs. Instead I met up with some lovely bloggers and the Panasonic Team.
I can now confirm that I have been chosen to be part of the Panasonic Brit Bloggers for Imaging. I have a big passion for photography, with my whole live being snapped. From food I eat, to my children’s random selfies, I love nothing more than snapping away. However, I will openly admit I am not great at photography, I don’t think I have a natural eye for a decent picture and my IG account is proof of that! But I have oodles of enthusiasm and I am sure with a few tips and some fantastic product, I can create some brilliant shots.
The imaging course was run by a Panasonic Guru, and her knowledge and passion for imaging is amazing. We had a great detailed look at the range available for 2014. I can tell you that there is some great products…
For the snapper who just wants to pop it into their bag and go, there is the superslim SZ8. It has wifi included on it, and with the use of the Panasonic Image App, you can create some amazing pictures and upload them straight to your social sites.
There is a whole range of Bridge cameras, which have intelligent zoom. The quality is amazing! What some people do not know is that the lens included are Leica lens, and are utter brilliance. The models for 2014 are LZ40, FZ200 and FZ72.
For the people who are maybe a bit rougher in their everyday life, there is the tough range. These are shockproof and sand proof. The FT5 has wifi included, and the FT25 is waterproof to 13 metres. Imagine the shots you could get underwater! I had a good look at these, and they are lovely cameras, they don’t look bulky like you would expect them to, they are sleek and do not look out of place in your hands.
Then there is my favourites, the complete range. The Lumix TZ55 and the TZ60. I am in love with the TZ55, It is compact, yet it has an amazing tiltable screen, enabling you to get shots from different angles that normally you would be bending around at. It also has 20 x super zoom, and full HD video recording. It also has wifi, meaning easy upload too.
I had an amazing day geeking over the imaging range, it was amazing to meet a brand that really love their products and want to shout about them. I had a fabulous day with some amazing bloggers too. A big thank you Panasonic!
