Ever sat doing something really boring and wanted to break out in dance or song? I do it often, mainly in front of my children who love randomly rocking out to one of our favourite songs. Not only does music perk up a miserable house, or even a miserable day, but chocolate is my saviour for bad days! What better way to make yourself feel better than to flip things around. When my pre-teen children growl at me instead of talking, when they look down as their friends have fallen out with them, I find popping on a funky song and taking the lead with some ‘mum-dancing’ is a sure fire way to perk them up. Well it appears, I am not alone, Cadbury have caught some famous faces doing very similar, although maybe with a little extra grace and style than you will find in my kitchen…

Why not grab yourself a bar of Dairy Milk, put some music on and let yourself go…#freethejoy
You can find Cadbury on Facebook and watch their new TV ad here , go on…what’s stopping you?
