Do you remember when you were child and dreaming about what the future will hold? I do very clearly, I dreamed how we would all be flying around in bubble cars, probably a bit like the Jetsons (now I am showing my age!). Over the years I have seen cars change in so many ways, and although we may be a few years off flying cars, the fact we have hybrid cars is certainly a start!
Toyota are aware that it’s the dreams that you have as a child that influence the future in so many ways, without dreams there would be no new ideas. The ideas that bring something new, are often ones which although might seem miles and miles away from reality to an adult, are perfectly in reach for a child. Toyota want to embrace these dreams, and want to use them to help influence their future. Which is why they have created their competition called ‘Dream Car Art Contest’. It is a competition which allows children to design their very own car, no holds barred. This year is their 8th year running the competition, and with previous years attracting 600,000 entries from over 70 different countries and regions, it is set to be a popular one.
Your child can join in and create their very own masterpiece, there is no limitations, you can let your ideas run wild and use any art tools you wish, the only exception is there is no digital tools allowed to aid it.
