Back in June I wrote introducing BOB Revoltuion SE into our lives, and since then I have been on a mission to ditch the extra pounds and get fit. I am pleased to say that since then I have lost over a stone in weight and my fitness levels have improved massively. There has been no fad diets involved, just healthy eating and exercise, following Fitness Expert Laura Williams tips for how to exercise with baby Emma and my BOB stroller…
Some of the exercises for the upper body are easy to do without anyone thinking you are even workin out. But obviously things like Squats are a bit more noticeable, but I find the best place is to go down to the local park. I personally find putting my sunglasses on help me feel more confident and there is no one around anyway!
I am currently creating my own video, showing you how I work out with my own BOB, stay tuned to watch it! I shall be incoroporating some of the 9 months + exercises too, as baby Emma will reach that in Early September.
So why use BOB? BOB is a range of a pushchairs designed especially to be used for exercising, they do a range of pushchairs, some that are even suitable for skating and running! They all are approved for the activities stated, and they are robust too! Our BOB Revoultion SE is amazing, it can go anywhere, it can be used for school runs and whizzes over potholes without so much of a flinch, but it can also hit our Cotswold countryside and tackle the fields and hills with no effort! I LOVE it.
