14 whole weeks that have gone by in a bit of a tired blur in all honesty. I won’t lie, it has been hard work, I have to do all the night feeds and then get the kids up and to school and play school. I am often leaving the house in my Uggs and a hoody, something I wouldn’t of dreamt of doing just a few years back!
Emma is growing like crazy, she seems so big for her age which is a little sad as I want her to be a baby forever. She loves standing with support, and loves people singing to her. She adores her brothers and sister, and her eyes follow them around the room…although she does love some peace for sleeping, her 3 year old brother thumping on the floor does not impress her when she is snoozing!
I love how each day her personality shines through more and more. In just a few weeks we are going on holiday, so this will be Emma’s first holiday! We have only been away for a night in a hotel when she was two weeks old, so this will be a test to see if she settles somewhere other than her Sleepi, I am hoping it won’t disturb her routine too much as she enjoys a 7pm bedtime currently, and that is not something to be sniffed at.
14 weeks baby Emma…
babies usually sleep through most things, I remember the first 3 months well with running here there and everywhere else, and coping with night feeds, but as you know it passes all to quick and they grow up all to soon.
