Opening up the box for the carrycot it did require some assembly. The carrycot has metal rods in the bottom that you have to pop into place, this was a little tricky, but it left me reassured that it was safe as there was no way they would be going anywhere once in place. It is luxuriously padded in a gorgeous spotty fabric.

The mattress included is comfortable for even a newborn baby, and Emma finds it lovely to sleep in while on the move. Although there is no straps (as with most carrycots) I felt she was safe inside, and the fleece backed apron on the front helped keep her safe and snug. Of course this, like all the other components all have the gorgeous Go-Lightly fabric with special red bow…

The carrycot simply clicks onto the chassis. It has a button on each side, which enables you to remove the carrycot easily. I found this amazingly useful as I could leave Emma inside there and bring her into my living room snoozing, a strictly no outdoor wheels place.

The carrycot has proved invaluable for the Giggle, I love it, Emma loves it, and with the amount of people who stop me to ask about it, it appears others love it too!

The Cosatto Giggle Carrycot comes complete with the Cosatto Giggle 3 in 1 Combo Pushchair package. You can find out where to buy and more details atΒ http://www.cosatto.com

  1. Are the bows detachable? I love the design but wonder if it’s too feminine for a boy. We are not sure whether ours will be a boy or girl and husband wants it to be a surprise.

    1. Hi there! I am afraid the bows aren’t detachable, but do take a peek at the Giggle All Star colour scheme, it is gorgeous and very gender neutral πŸ™‚

  2. Hi there. I love this stroller but i have the same problem with the bows… We would like to use this for our gilr and for our boy… Do you think it is hard to unseam the bows? I don’t love the all star colour scheme… thanks πŸ™‚
