When we were asked if we wanted to review a Micro Chargers Jump Track Playset, I knew my 9 year old son and my 38 year old husband would only be too pleased to help out and put it to the test.
In the Jump Track set (£24.99), racers try to make the jump as they speed round the track. After a number of laps, flip the trap and the first past the post zooms in to the winner’s enclosure for a celebratory burn-out!
The box arrived quiet compact and the cars were visible. I was shocked to see them so tiny, how could they possibly move??!

The instructions were easily to follow and soon we had a completed track which was ready to go!
Now it is worth mentioning, that batteries are NOT included. It takes 2 x AAA batteries which we stole out of our BluRay players as I am totally unorganised. The batteries go into the launcher.
So how do the teeny tiny cars go??! Well you pop them into the launcher. You press a button and it charges them up…you then point it on the track and press the launch button, and off they zoom! I say zoom, as they go at a fair speed which impressed us all! There is a jump on the track which is great to watch, and the best thing is with two cars you can race them! Hubby LOVES this set, it has been a hit with the kids and we will be buying more of the range so we can expand our track and make it bigger and better!
This set has a RRP of £24.99 which is very reasonable, it has loads of play value and would make a great Christmas gift that all the family can enjoy.
