As Crayola Ambassadors I endeavour to bring you reviews of some of the fantastic Crayola range. I decided I had to share what I thought about these, as they are simply brilliant.
Crayola On the Go packs, are little small cardboard slimline boxes which contain lots of goodies to create some masterpieces while ‘On the Go’.
They are small enough to easily slip inside your bag, and are really light so you won’t even notice they are there either.
Opening up the first pack which was ‘Doodle Patterns’, I unveiled the goodies within, with a massive stack of paper (80 to be exact) which had designs on one side, and blank on the other and 4 washable ‘Pip Squeaks’ felt tip pens, there is loads inside.
I love that the pens have their own little compartment to keep them safe. The paper also stays in place within the compartment on the right. Brooke found it especially great for keeping the paper in place when colouring. This was more than enough to amuse her for an hour! Yes a whole hour!! Imagine how many miles on the road that is for the RRP of £3.99, a bargain!
Next up for J was ‘Mini Mosaics’.
This is suitable for age 3 years plus, and although J is 9, he didn’t find it too young for him at all. Inside there was 4 colouring pens, a stack of paper designs (40 to be exact), and a big stack of coloured stickers to mosaic with.
Again this kept him amused for a good hour, although he did have his eye on one of Brookes colouring templates so he decided to modify it and mosaic that too!
I then decided to show the kids the wonder of Spir’Animal. The kids had no idea what it was, but my childhood memories came flooding back and I got a bit over enthusiastic twirling patterns! I loved that the Spir’Animal fitted neatly inside the paper holder as it meant that it wouldn’t go anywhere. It also has a handy little storage bit for the 3 discs to stay when not in use. There is 3 half size pencils included, although no sharpener.
Crayola ‘On the Go’ packs are brilliant value for money, and are perfect for travelling with to keep the children amused. I shall be popping these in my bag next time we go anywhere!
You can buy these from all good toy shops.
