Since having my youngest child Mark, I have never lost the weight I put on during my pregnancy. In fact I have put ON weight since having him.
So the brave part which I have spent the last few hours debating if to post or not..
This was me before I had 18 month old Mark.
And this, I am ashamed to say, is me now.
Last night I uploaded the pictures we had taken whilst enjoying our family holiday at the end of July, and I posted them on Facebook. I browsed through them remembering the good times and having a giggle as I remembered the little funny family moments that made our holiday so special. I then glanced at the beach pictures and saw a fat woman in the pictures, and I actually genuinely thought for a split second, ‘What is that fat woman doing in my photos???’
It then dawned on me, that fat person was me.
I was contacted by Thinkingslimmer who said they had the solution….and I was intrigued to find out more…

I got sent my personal handbook today which has lots of information, a place for me to write down my goals, and also a contract that I will fill out shortly and post up on my chocolate cupboard (yes, I have a whole cupboard stacked full of the stuff!!) It has the all important daily log.
I will also recieve 21 emails, 1 each day. This runs concurrent with the Slimpod I will be listening to for 21 days at night. Once I have completed the initial 21 days, I have a bonus track that I will listen to for a further 21 days but every 3 days listen to my initial Slimpod too.
So today I have downloaded my Slimpod, and I am raring to go! My Slimpod is called Drop 2 jeans size (or more…) and I am hoping it does just that! I want to get back in my pre-pregnancy jeans!
I am excited to be starting my Thinkingslimmer journey, I will fill out my goals tonight and even my first weigh in which I can tell you now is 12 stone 10 pounds.
I am only 5’1 (on a good day and if I stretch up tall on my tiptoes) so my ideal weight for my height is 9 stone, but personally my target is to get to 10 stone!!
