>I started my Thinkingslimming pod on Thursday night and on Friday morning, when I would normally be eating my usual breakfast of a KitKat Chunky along with a can of redbull, it got to lunchtime before I even realised that I hadn’t eaten anything!
Friday night I cooked up a favourite tea of mine, Pie and chips. I tucked into my pie and chips, but only managed to eat about a third! I just felt statisfied, and didnt have the overwhelming urge to finish it off. My hubby thought I was sickening for something as I didn’t even have dessert.
Saturday morning I went off for a day trip and made a point to eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, despite the fact I wasn’t actually that hungry, but I thought without this, I would probably not eat all day. That night we had an indian takeaway, and I only managed about a quarter of what I would normally, and I actually went to bed feeling bloated beyond belief.
I have noticed that I am starting to relax more every time I hear the soothing voice of my slimpod and just like Thinkingslimmer explain, I pick up different parts of the recording each time I hear it.
I am yet to weigh myself, and I feel after just 4 days it is probably too early to make any difference, but I am really chuffed with my first few days. Normally I battle my overwhelming need for chocolate and white bread, but I haven’t even thought about it, let alone had to battle it.
I shall keep you updated! Here is to fitting back in my jeans!
