> Just a few weeks ago at The Baby Show, Vital Baby had a rather impressive display of unbelievabowls stuck all over a wall of their display! We were delighted to get one to review

We were delighted to get one to review for ourselves and see how it stood for ourselves against my rather strong toddler, Mark!
So how does the bowl work?
There is a base under the bowl. To remove the actual bowl, you simply turn it while pushing down slightly. This is something my son cannot manage but I can rather easily!
The base has a lever that you simply push down once you have positioned it where you want it. Then you simply pop the bowl on top of the base. It is then ready for your child to eat out of. It has great strength in sticking to the surface, meaning your child cannot remove the bowl from where you have put it. Even my 8 year old who was adamant he would be able to get it off, hasn’t managed it!
I noticed by the packaging that it states that the bowl does have to be used on a smooth flat surface. Our highchair is exactly that and Mark has failed to remove the bowl despite his best efforts of pulling it in every direction. I also tested it on his little table that he has his snacks on, and it stuck there perfectly too. Gone are the days of me having to pick up the bowl repeatedly off the floor, not to mention the food that was in it! Morning times used to be a real hassle for me. With 3 children to get ready for school and nursery and myself to get ready for work, the worst thing Mark could, and would do, was throw his breakfast all over the floor. Meal times are now less messy, meaning less cleaning up for me. A real time saver!
You can buy extra unbelievabowls to pop on top of the base, which I think is fantastic, as it means one for dessert as well as having one for dinner. You can simply pop the bowl off the base and replace it with the next one, no fiddling about involved.
The Unbelievabowl is available from Vital Baby’s website http://www.vitalbaby.co.uk/types/bowls/unbelievabowl-set.html in either pink, blue or orange colour schemes. Priced at just £4.99, I think they are a real bargain and a feeding must have. The pack of two extra bowls to pop onto the base are just £3.99 and are available here http://www.vitalbaby.co.uk/2-spare-unbelievabowls.html.
It really is Unbelievabowl!!
>Tala loved his bowl to and do agree they are a great must have x
>We have a tommy tippee mat with a suction thingie in it, but my son has been able to pull the bowl off since he was 7 months old.
I saw the extra set of unbelievabowl bowls in mother care the other day, unfortunately they didn't have the actual bases in stock. Think I may have to order one online….
