Next Autumn Winter Preview Event

Just a few weeks ago, me and the kids set off to the Northampton countryside to meet the fabulous team from Next. They had laid on a special event at a gorgeous country venue just for mummy bloggers. With it being the school holidays, it’s not always the easiest time to be attending press events so I crossed my fingers the kids would be behave! We were kindly sent a voucher to kit the kids out in something from the new autumn winter range, we took great delight in picking outfits only for the weather to change for the better and be roasting hot! My review of the clothes will be done separately.

When I arrived at the gorgeous country venue of  Crockwell Farm I was pleased to see the attention to detail that Next had gone to, to make life as easy as possible for us mummy’s! There was highchairs at every table, a brilliant entertainer who done balloon art, magic and party games. There was nannies on hand to help give parents a break, and even a special area for the younger children with baby and toddler safe toys, books, and the all important colouring in. There was also a very patient photographer who somehow managed to get some awesome shots of Marky!

Arriving we were treated to pastries and drinks, and my kids took great delight in filling their plates to the brim with yummy fruit and pastries! It was then explained that they had laid on a special treat for the mummy’s, a team of beauty therapists who were on hand to offer massages, eyebrow threading, manicures, pedicures and lots more! I was delighted at this prospect as my eyebrows were very overdue a threading!

The children all played happily while I also got a chance to go through the rails of the brand new autumn winter range, which is pretty impressive this year! With 4 children to buy for this winter, yes that’s right baby will born then! I get to indulge in older boys, older girls, younger boys and the baby range too! Some of the bits that stood out to me was ‘Wild Bunch’ for girls, animal prints are gorgeous and this is no exception. For younger girls I am in love with the zebra prints from ‘Arthouse’.

For boys, ‘Explorer’ is brilliant, with hooded shirts, chinos, and cozy cardigans.

I would love to say a massive thank you to the Next team, it was a brilliant day that both me and the kids loved! Now to get down to Next and get the pretty clothes!
