Map Toys have created an amazing range of Bob the Builder toys that not only are fun, but really spark little ones imaginations and gets them creating something special!
Bob the Builder’s Build it with Bob is a construction set which gets you building just like bob!

We were sent a 50 peice box to try out!
Included in the box was:

-50 bricks of different sizes,
-A large wipe clean playmat
-Cement
-Bowl
-Trowel
-and a 8cm Bob the Builder character.

My husband was happy to take the lead with this one and showed the kids how they would be building their very own clock tower!
I was really pleased to see that the bricks are actual real bricks like you build an actual house with. Yes, I may sound simple here, but I assumed they would be foam or something equally soft.
The ‘real bricks’ made this very exciting for the kiddies who really though they were actual builders, and also for hubby who took this extremely seriously to get the pointing perfect.
To start your building you simply mix up ‘Dizzy’s cement’ with water in the reusable bowl provided. You then use the mini trowel supplied to construct the building as per the easy to follow instructions.

The model once completed was really sturdy and Marky had great fun playing with it and the Bob the Builder figurine!

The great thing with these sets are that once your child gets bored of the construction, you can simply soak the construction in water and the cement comes off! Allowing you to rebuild and recreate a brilliant construction! There is additional bricks available to buy seperately, as well as more cement too.

This would be a great family activity that kids will love doing, and if their dads are anything like my hubby, they will enjoy it too!! Seeing an actual construction being built really inpsired Jordan and Brooke and next time, we shall wait until daddy is at work before we build something else!
